‎‎Aboki said that the defendants must file a written application for bail.

‎‎The case was adjourned until November 2 for hearing.

‎‎The Prosecution Counsel, Charity Nwachukwu, said that the complainant,  Tonye West, reported the matter at the Wuye Camp police station on October 12.

‎‎Ms Nwachukwu told the court that the defendants stole three inverter batteries, a generator battery, 25kg and 12kg gas cylinders, eight pieces of four litres of chemical worth N36 million.

‎‎According to the prosecutor, the offences contravene the provisions of Sections 97 and 287 of the Penal Code.
