Dauno Integrated Ltd, in conjunction with its strategic partners across Africa, has issued a formal commendation celebrating the recent honors bestowed upon Dr. Bartolomeo Fantozzi. The Italian entrepreneur and leader has been recognized with a pair of prestigious appointments, as well as a notable humanitarian award from the Vatican.
According to a statement released by the management of Dauno Integrated Ltd, Dr. Fantozzi has been named an Honorary Member of the International Parliament of Legality, an organization operating under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also been appointed as Ambassador of the Parliament for Africa and the Middle East.
Additionally, the statement highlighted Dr. Fantozzi’s receipt of the “Artigiani di Speranza” (Artisans of Hope) prize, which bears the seal of the Pontifical Academy of Theology at the Vatican City.
The organization praised Dr. Fantozzi’s career trajectory, noting his 15-year tenure in the Guardia di Finanza (Italy’s financial crime and border police force) and his current role as Secretary General of ASSOIMPRESE Africa.
The statement emphasized his work through the Africa-Middle East Bureau, which they described as translating the environmental and social vision of the encyclical “Laudato si’” into tangible action.
Specific projects attributed to his leadership in the release include the construction of healthcare facilities and hospitals, the drilling of water wells to provide clean drinking water, and the restoration of cultural and religious landmarks.
