2027: Hon. Solomon picks Nomination and Interest Forms, Reaffirms Commitment to Quality Representation

The aspirant for the Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressive Congress APC, Princess Leah Olusuyi Solomon has officially picked her Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms, signaling her formal entry into the race ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

The decisive step underscores her unwavering commitment to offering purposeful, inclusive, and people centered representation to the good people of Jalingo, Yorro, and Zing. It also reflects her readiness to once again present her vision and capacity for effective legislative service.

Hon. Solomon, who is notably the first female aspirant to contest for this seat and now vying for the third time, continues to distinguish herself through resilience, consistency, and a deep-rooted passion for grassroots development.

Her sustained engagement with constituents and advocacy on issues affecting women, youth, and vulnerable groups position her as a credible and forward-looking candidate.

Speaking shortly after completing the process, Hon. Solomon reaffirmed her determination to deliver quality representation if entrusted with the mandate.

“My agenda is to prioritize human capital development, improved access to education and healthcare, economic empowerment, and infrastructural advancement across the constituency.

She further assured constituents of transparent, accountable, and responsive leadership that will reflect the true aspirations of the people.

“I called on party stakeholders, supporters, and the electorate to rally behind my vision for a more prosperous and inclusive constituency – she said.

As a patriotic Nigerian, she establish a foundation to champion the course of national development, serves as a symbol of hope to the less privileges, women, children and Youths. She promoted greater access and stimulate good governance, enhances economic growth and development in all critical sectors and opened our states/country to international limelight as well as opportunities.

She is a detribalized Nigerian who put the interest and wellbeing of our nation above every other consideration and made numerous positive landmarks in our national political, economic and social landscapes.

She profound the Great Gender Grassroots Foundation, a non-governmental, non – religious and non-profit making organization. It was founded to advocate for good governance, good health care system and to address issues related to poverty, injustice, gender inequality, helping women and children both National and international.

Her activities and programs centered towards empowering people and promote their socio-economic standards as well as improving the well-being of citizens.

The aim of this foundation is to establish free and healthy societies where women and Youths would be treated with greater dignity base on the stipulated rights to actively participate in every activities and programs that affects their interests in the communities.

The mission is to mobilize resources for empowering women and Youths through education and capacity building activities that will promote productivity, self-reliance, healthy life styles and economic well-being.

She impacted many lives including women and children most of whom are victims of societal injustice. Leah witnesses repeated cases of gross violation and denial of one’s fundamental human rights in an account of been nobody or less considered in the societies today.
