The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 27 vessels are expected to arrive at the Apapa, Lekki Deep Sea and Tin Can Island Ports in Lagos between September 7 and September 20.

‎The NPA disclosed this in its Daily Shipping Position made available on Monday.

‎It said 10 of the expected vessels would arrive with containers carrying various goods, while the others would carry crude oil, aviation fuel, general cargo, bulk gypsum, sugar and salt.

‎Meanwhile, the authority said seven ships and tanker vessels had arrived at the three ports and were waiting to berth.

‎The vessels are expected to berth with bulk urea, petrol and diesel.

‎The NPA also said 20 vessels were currently discharging various commodities at the three ports.

‎It listed the commodities as bulk wheat, containers, fresh fish, general cargo, bulk fertiliser, pallets, bulk urea, bulk gas and petrol.
