The Governor made the announcement on Sunday at the Government House, Lafia, while receiving leaders and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who visited to present the results of the just-concluded Nasarawa North Senatorial District bye-election won by Barrister Umar Danladi Halilu Envulu’Anza.
Governor Sule directed the Directorate of Rural Roads to immediately commence the process of mobilisation to site for the road extension project, beginning from Monday, June 22, 2026.

He particularly praised key stakeholders from the district, including Professor Emmanuel Samu Dandaura, Barrister Hassan Wali, the State APC Organising Secretary, and other community leaders for their roles in fostering political harmony and mobilising support for the party.
