Meta chief executive Mark Zuckerberg is seeking to raise up to $95 billion through stock-related deals to finance the company’s growing investments in artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure and personal superintelligence.

‎‎The fundraising plan, announced on Monday, includes about $35 billion in public stock offerings, comprising $22.5 billion in Class A common stock and $12.5 billion in depositary shares representing mandatory convertible preferred stock.

‎‎The move comes as Zuckerberg pushes ahead with Meta’s ambitious AI expansion, which requires massive investments in computing infrastructure and the development of advanced AI systems.

‎‎The broader fundraising programme is expected to extend into early 2027, with the company planning additional stock-related transactions to support its spending plans.
