‎A school principal was stabbed to death on Sunday following a confrontation with a security guard at a school in southern Cairo, Egypt.

‎The incident occurred at Martyr Ashour School in the Tora district, where an argument between the principal and the guard reportedly turned violent.

‎According to preliminary findings, the guard blamed the principal for his recent transfer from the school. The disagreement escalated, and the guard allegedly attacked the principal with a knife, inflicting fatal injuries.

‎Police officers responded to the scene, arrested the suspect and recovered the weapon used in the attack. Authorities confirmed that the suspect remains in custody while legal procedures continue.
