‎‎The celebration commenced with a thanksgiving mass at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Ikot Ansa, Calabar, followed by a reception at Venetian Arena, Plot 5 Murtala Mohammed High Way, beside the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).

‎‎It was a gathering defined by genuine honour, gratitude and fellowship, as guests joined the Okem family to celebrate the life and 80-year journey of a respected father, grandfather and community figure.

‎‎At 80, Chief P.C. Okem’s birthday was not merely a celebration of age; it was a celebration of a life of impact, family, and a legacy.
